The joint venture comprises of senior management from two very successful aviation organizations, one based in Iran and the other Australia. The two entities have joined forces to put together a quality, professional flight-training organization based in Tehran, Iran with optional flight training facilities in New South Wales, Australia.

IATC parent companies consist of Aviation Industries of Iran (AII) and Sydney Flight Training Centre Pty Ltd (SFTC) of Australia.

IATC utilizes the Competency Based Training (CBT) System which is Australian National based training. Part of the CBT system of training objective is to assist the industry to improve the quality of Flying Training.

IATC has developed its own training syllabus and flight training record systems that are based on competency based training (CBT) principle, which ensures that potential pilots are released into the aviation industry with the highest of skills.

Why IATC?

In a market with an abundance of flight training institutions and potential pilots, Iran still remains with a shortage of pilots working in the Iranian aviation industry. For a solution to this issue, one must first establish where the weakness in the industry lies. How can we assist in improving the aviation industry?

At IATC, we pride ourselves with the best service and advice of the local and international aviation industry. Our clients are the reason for our business so be assured that you will be looked after. The essence of our training is the use of international standards both in the theory (ground) and flying aspects of our training. After much research, we have found that although training in Iran is based on ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) standards, many of ICAO׳s standards are simply a minimum, and experience has shown that these levels must be exceeded for adequate progress.

We deliver a fresh and innovative approach to flight training. Our aim is to promote and develop advanced flying skills with an emphasis on safety. We are committed to the wellbeing and success of our students.
